1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. Please make sure to read all product details before purchasing.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos if applicable

We’ll take it from there and respond within 1–2 business days.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
