1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. Please read all product details before purchasing to make sure it's right for you.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Email us at dsnaturalcare@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

We’ll work quickly to make it right — either with a replacement or a refund.

4. Return Process

To start a return, email dscarenatural@gmail.com with your order details. If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
